What's for dinner?

Gits is eating a roast beef with gravy, peas, baked potato and baked pumpkin, covering the peas in a light amount of mint sauce. Going to follow it down with some lightly honeyed local red wine (I live two minutes away from a winery!) and sit down to a nice quiet single malt and my favourite movie.

If this damned beef will cook. Damned impatience.

I like cooking, but I hate doing dishes. Since I'm the only one around to do either, I usually end up eating easy to make crap which only requires one or two dishes at most. Tonight it was chicken sandwiches (made with frozen patties) with cheese, BBQ sauce and spicy mustard, with a side of fiesta corn. At some point this week I'm aiming to make baked paprika chicken breasts...

Nothin' beats homemade pizza.

Noodles are done, chicken laksa is complete!

And it came out good. Would've been a bit creamier with the coconut milk, but it still tastes awesome. Nice and spicy. ^.^
