£15 in paper money, about a fiver in change, credit card, phone top-up card, map of the central London Underground, toothpick, driver's licence, tweezers, whistle, a small knife, a red LED, and a firesteel.

I like to be prepared. Also, being able to reach into your pocket and produce a little blade is very convenient for opening annoying packaging, or sharpening pencils.

I don't keep my bankcard in my wallet anymore to try to keep myself from spending too much money...is time to refill the wallet with some cash though.
