That was a really vague explanation. Sorry about that.When you learn something, two brain cells link together. Unless damaged, that link never breaks; you never forget anything.
Every time you relearn or revise that thing, the bond grows stronger and stronger, hence why you remember it better.
If you talk about whatever that thing was you learned, that link goes to some oral receptor thingy, making the bond even stronger, making you remember it better still.
I have a feeling it's not even true, it's just a ploy to get us to revise. Interesting to me, either way.
