Yeah I'm bored.

Personally it would be starfield simulation mainly cos it;s nostalgic to me. I remember that it was the default screensaver when we got a new computer and I was 3. We set it up and then left it for a while but when I when back I was flying through space, star flying past me and...HOLY SHIT I'M GOING TO RUN INTO THAT ONE, oh wait we flew past it it's o...FUCK HERE SOMES ANOTHER ONE SHITS GETTING REAL!
It was just so awesome.

Anyway what's our thoughts.

My favourite is the "no screensaver" option.

But cool screensavers I have in the past include Electric Sheep, the bouncing flowerbox thing, and a maze one where you could customise the wall textures.

The old windows maze one. I could watch that shit for hours.

They were the good old, incredibly boring days...

Oh totally this. How could anyone say anything else?
We had this on our school's computers when I was in elementary school, and they eventually had to turn them off, because half the class would be all looking at it, guessing by which time it would finish the maze. Awesome.

It looks pretty darn legit, but my computer thinks it's a virus so I'm not gonna risk it. I'll just stay with Electric Sheep, thank you.

Wow, that's so cool! Thanks for directing me to that.

My favourite is probably that one with the guy on the tiny deserted island with the palm tree. This goes waaaay back, though, I think to Windows 3.1

I just downloaded and scanned it with MSE and found nothing. Maybe you AV is a little too sensitive.

You're welcome and yes the deserted island screensaver is pretty damn funny as well. I remember that one.

I'm using Kaspersky, which is usually pretty good when it comes to false positives... but nothing's perfect, eh?

You're right and I would recommend Kaspersky to anyone who really really wanted to pay for an AV. I had it for a year but it never got any use because of my safe surfing. What did it detect by the way?
