What's the BEST thing you can say about yourself?

I haven't got much going for me, so I don't have much options, but I can say that I'm really fit. That's about the best thing I can say about myself...
I wouldn't call myself over-intelligent, athletic, not that good-looking, but I'm fit. Truly fit.

Umm....
I don't know what my best quality would be. I have fantastic teeth (and I'm British OMG!!!!!!!!!) and have never had braces or anything. I'm athletic when it comes to sprinting, jumping and climbing (if I lived in an area where I wouldn't fear getting a rock thrown at me I'd definitely go free running just for shits n gigs).

Not sure what else...there are other things I like about myself, obviously, or have been complimented on but...meh.
