Well, Jak II. Killing a storm of 1-hit enemies(cen't remember where):
1. Jump + spin: 2 kills
2. dive down landing: 1 kill
3. immidiatetly start rolling and do a rolling jump-punch: 2 kills
4. land with a forward punch: 3 kills
5. Do the punch-to-shoot thing: 3 kills
11 kills in one combo, no move used twice.

I can't really recall any at this point, although, I do remember this one time in GTA:IV, while doing an insane jump, I rammed a helicopter mid-air, now that was absolutely awesome.[Unfortunately, I keep the Video Record function off to save as many FPS as I can, hence such a moment was uncapturable.] I tend to do awesome unreplicatable stuff alot in GTA. I should really turn Vid Record on, but such would be my luck that I don't do it any more.
Playing the Bionic Commando demo I swung on some pipe and in mid air shot my grapple hook at a guy near a ledge zipped towards him and kicked him into oblivion... It was awesome.
Single player sadly, but at least my friend was round to witness it.
It was on Stranglehold - a flawed game, but I loved the movie and there was still alot of fun to be had with it. My best moment was fighting the first boss, with the rocket launcher. It's in this kind of bar, with two balconies either side. He'd run up one, I the other. He fired his rocket at my balcony, I leapt from it, grabbed the chandelier, swung over towards him in slow motion, the explosion behind me lighting his face, his mouth slowly opening as I got close, and one handed-ly fired the killing shotgun blast right into his face from point blank range.
Messy. And TOTALLY AWESOME

plus describing the a soulcalibur fight isn't the easiest thing...

i was playing gta san andreas a few years ago on riot mode. i got ran over 5 times by a ambulance. i got mad. i fired a missile at it. the ambulance ran a red light and turned right. the missile stopped at the red light till it turned green. then it went right towards the ambulance. it blew up the ambulance. i didn't have the game modded. i was playing the ps2 version. i laughed my ass off. i put the controller down and never played a gta game since. has this happen to anyone else?
On a sniping server on TF2, it was 2v2 and I managed to headshot, not just body kill the enemy team 127 times before I was taken down. My other team-mate helped clear the area of the other sniper when they were far apart. My score at the end of the match was 3012, deaths 76. On the server ranking I had gone from position 7351 (Many many unique people joined and left) to rank 67 in just 1 day of being on the server. I'm guessing I was high on caffine or something. I am also very twitchy.
Yeah Dragon Valley, he did an attack run on the carrier. Tagged his jet with the vulcan cannon. He bailed out and parachuted towards the suddenly respawned F35B. I managed to get in the jet and tag him with the jets cannon as he passed in front. Took off moved forward and got a good two up and downs with the jet before I had to take evasive action to avoid being shot down by the other J10.
Was playing a multiplayer match of Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, a good old fashioned round of "Jedi Master". For those who don't know, here's how that game mode works. Every player starts out with just a pistol and zero Force abilities. After a couple of seconds, a Lightsaber appears somewhere on the map. The first person to pick it up not only gains the ability to use the lightsaber as they chose, they also gain every maxed-out Force ability. The objective of the game is to stay the "Jedi Master" as long as possible.
So anyways, I was the Jedi Master, and I was hiding out after taking a pretty huge amount of damage. I was literally about two shots from death. Suddenly, someone with a rocket launcher comes around the corner and fires directly into my face. In a panic, I hit the "Power" button, which was set to Force Push at the moment. To my surprise, the missile turned in midair and flew right back at the firer, killing him dead.
It was that moment that I learned you can reflect projectiles using Force Push. Quite cool.
So anyways, I was the Jedi Master, and I was hiding out after taking a pretty huge amount of damage. I was literally about two shots from death. Suddenly, someone with a rocket launcher comes around the corner and fires directly into my face. In a panic, I hit the "Power" button, which was set to Force Push at the moment. To my surprise, the missile turned in midair and flew right back at the firer, killing him dead.
It was that moment that I learned you can reflect projectiles using Force Push. Quite cool.
Star Wars Battlefront (the first one) on co-op campaign hard mode we were playing the hoth map and we were getting thrashed, they had 150ish respawns left to our 4 respawns. So anyway, we both found computer allies and got them to follow us into a command post that was in a tunnel between two bunker command posts.
So there was Me, My Friend and 3 computer player sitting in this area, standing near the ammo and health droids covering either side of this tunnel. We defended that one command post perfectly until we won with 2 respawns, we had only 2 people die to kill 150ish of the CPU on hard, so awesome at the time.
