My lava lamp. I'd smash the glass on his head and if that doesn't do the job then I'd force the person to swallow the contents, which is apparently pretty dangerous.

I have a drinking glass. I could smack it on the floor to break it then stab and slash my attacker with the pieces.

A nice club and a series of small pocket knifes ( not very deadly)

but if I were to walk across to the other side of my room, there are a few swords and a dagger

also a bow and some arrows
youre... youre not serious right??

There's a Walther P99 within easy reach, and Glock 17 with nightsights. Both are unloaded however, and I don't believe I even own any 9mm ammo at the moment, just .45 slugs.

About which? Archery is still pretty popular in some parts of the country as a sport, and bow hunting has a substantial number of advocates. (Hydrostatic shock from a bullet changes the flavor of the meat (or so I'm told.)) As for swords? Do you really have to ask?

Within my reach, i.e. only stretching out my arms and not moving in my seat at all the most deadly things that come to hand are a big pair of scisors and a pair of metal knitting needles. Yeah baby, don't come round picking a fight with me, in a pintch I can cut up your clothes then knit them back into something fancy!

(Actually metal knitting needles could be rather dangerous, imagine getting one in the side of the ribs... actually that doesn't bare thinking about being stabbed hard with something blunt).

Out of all the clutter on my desk, the most deadly things there are a pair of headphones, a couple bottles of cough medicine, some scissors, and a fork.

I have a stapler that I've recently loaded to full of brand new staples. I don't think I'm terribly bad off.

A pair of rusty scissors.

I've also got a kalashnikov and hand-grenades but they kill far too slowly (jk).

Let's see... I could use my POS printer as a club. Maybe stick some pencils into unwelcome orifices. There's a watch so I can time how long it takes(?). My keys... Uhhh.... Not sure what to do with those. Maybe a jingly distraction. Last but not least, some Fabreeze and a zippo. Could be fun I suppose. I don't know if Fabreeze is flammable though.
