over 1300 hours in the past 62 months of Guild Wars

That is easily the most. The next closest would probably sadly be twisted metal 3 as I play it with a friend whenever we can meet up. Sooooo many hours.

Probably World of Warcraft. 3 years of playing about 5 to 15 hours everyday.

Honorable mentions:

Age of Empires 1: 200 hours. It's insane at how much fun I had with the game by making up little scenarios in my mind and playing them out using that game. You'd think I'd eventually get bored but I didn't.

Sins of a Solar Empire: It feels like I've played it for at least 150 hours. It's SUCH an addictive game.

GTA: San Andreas Multiplayer: 100 hours. I had and still do have so much fun playing online.

Dragon Age: Origins: 43 hours.

GTA: Vice City: Honestly I can't remember. After I completed the story missions I just roamed around either being chased by the cops, pretending to rob stores or killing people.

Mass Effect 2: 25 hours. I didn't bother with the side quests and focused on the main story missions.

Of all time. I'm not 100% sure probably one of the first games I got for the PS2. But as of recently (the last few years) it's Fallout 3. I've put a good 300 hours in.

final fantasy... any of them... rpg nerd... thank god very few good rpgs are made lately, other wise id never see daylight

WoW is definitely the game I've sunk the most hours into. I don't even have a guess at the specific number of hours, but I've made more alts than I can count over the years I've been playing it. Most games I play through once or twice but never come back to after that (unless they're a multiplayer game like TF2, obv).

Definitely Dwarf Fortress. I don't know how much, but it's a lot.
Ditto for Hearts of Iron I&II and Europa Universalis 3.
Disgaea with over 100 hours.
I've spent at least 40 hours on many of the Final Fantasies. I'm not a completionist, or it would be more.

Far, far too many hours.

Just to give an idea of how many hours, I've got 10 level 80s (one of each class), a 71, a 52, and countless other 1-30s.

And I used to raid on them, too.

Yeah.

As for non-MMO, I've got about 250 hours in Fire Emblem 10: Radiant Dawn, and about 200 in Super Smash Brothers Brawl.

For the OTHER Fire Emblem games I've played (6, 7, 8, 9, 11), I probably have at least 75 hours in each of them, considering I've cleared them all at least twice each and reset chapters god knows how many times on the hard/maniac modes...
