What's the Hardest game you have ever played

Super Meat Boy

I beat the light world and half of the dark before I decided I needed an extended break from it. Mostly so I wouldn't snap either my sanity or my gamepad.

Battletoads

I think I got to the third level, once. Of course, I played it back when it came out and was pretty young at the time. I wonder how I would do today.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (NES).

I got this for my birthday when I was seven or eight. It is a brutal game to give a kid. For a long time, I thought the dam level's underwater section was unbeatable. I know it isn't now, only because I've seen people on-line do that area under the time-limit. But, it is something I doubt I could ever do.

Dwarf Fortress

This one isn't so much to play, but to understand how to play. I played a few rouge-likes back in the day. But, this one is far more complex than any of them. I had to watch a couple hours of tutorials to figure out what was going on. But, I am having fun with it now. When things goes well.

I wanna say Devil May Cry 3, I'm they had to re-release and EASIER version of and everything, but then I completed the original Devil May Cry 3 on all the difficulties, and while it was hard....balls shatteringly hard, seriously I've clocked over 120 hours on the game and I've cleared JRPGs in half that time....where was I again?

Oh yeah, anyways, to this day I still can't clear Devil May Cry 1 on the hardest difficulty so as difficult as DMC3 was, my hardest game spot would have to be DMC1.

Demon's Souls is fucking impossible. I'm convinced that those guys on the online leader boards all cheated. Every insurmountable challenge you conquer reveals only a more unfair, unexpected, impossible trial. Blob monster > surprise dragons > fucking swamp poison -- all with half your health bar! And don't even get me started on the weapon crafting system... it's like it's designed to make you regret every decision you make.

I like your avatar, but yeah Demon's Souls is tuff. So is Catherine. Also, DOA 4, has some pretty tough fights in it.
