Cooked broccoli. I'll eat it raw, as well, but not as willingly.
Agreed. Broccoli is the only vegetable that is better cooked than raw. Raw broccoli is nasty and you always get bits stuck in your teeth.

I like cooked broccoli, but I like to pour some melted butter over it to add some flavor, so I don't think I can count it as a healthy food in my case.

Damn, I guess this means I can't count cauliflower with cheese sauce as healthy either :(

Eh...do potatoes count as vegetables? I don't think I'd go for one of them raw, if so.

I just love pears, they're so sweet and juicy.
Also fresh-squeezed orange juice if I'm in Florida. I've had some and it was the best orange juice I've ever tasted.
And my mom developed a healthy (if rather olive oil heavy) recipe for french fries. You read that right, we have healthy french fries now (though in all fairness, they're not that like fast food fries).

Fried Tofu is amazing, I can eat it all day long.

Delicious celery also. It makes you thinner! Or at least according to Fable II...

Apple juice. And carrots. Also, potatoes. I like them with nothing on them. Only a little salt.
