Whats the last game you beat?

I just beat Resident Evil 5 for about the 100th times about a week or two ago. Working on another run through of the first Dead Space and my first playthrough of Silent Hill Homecoming.

May I ask you a question? What are your favourite weapons to use (include Sheva's weapon set too if you feel like it)? Seriously, I read online and people are like "Hahahahaha, Hydra!!!! RAWR!". Personally, I like having a SMG (the MP5), a piercing pistol (for regular enemies, simply because piercing is good for crowds and pistol ammo is everywhere), and I'll either go with one of the shotguns (the Ithaca or ... Jailbreaker?) or the grenade launcher (if the level has reapers, because electric rounds stop them being so ridiculously annoying). For Sheva, I give her the early Sniper Rifle (because she is a good shot and it stops her churning through ammo) and most of the herbs I find (making sure not to give her more than one green at a time unless I've got like 4).

OT: LBP ... does that count? If not, inFamous.

I am strictly Sheva. And I've gotten to the point where I only use the bow, and I'm damn good with it.

I love that bow! It is pretty awesome (though she seems to suck with it as NPC, just a heads up. Always give her somethign with a laser-sight)

But for the first few playthroughs my friend and I did, we each used the beginning pistol (for ammo and carrying space reasons. 100 shots ftw!).

I love that pistol too. I'm pretty sure it is the piercing pistol, and reloading is almost a death-sentence (because the times you really need to reload are the same times you needed an entire clip of ammo)

I went and finally finished Uncharted 2 about a week ago, and I have to say it was really good, even better than the first. Sure, it wasn't the greatest game I have ever played, but there were lot's of exciting moments, especially during the train-ride (probably my favorite segment in the game)

It leaves me with very high expectations for the 3rd one, I hope Naughty Dog can deliver (I'm sure they will though, they are excellent developers)

Just finished Wolfenstein on the x-box 360. While not the best game in the world it was still fun to play.

Professor Layton and the Unwound Future. It didn't take me that long and I probably rushed though it too much to get to parts of the story, but I had a blast. However, next time I will take my time with my next Professor Layton game.

Mass Effect 2. I played through and kept the Collector's base, then re-played the ending and destroyed it. Can't wait for Mass Effect 3.

I just beat Red Faction Armeggedon. It was...decent. Volition always knows how to make games fun. It wasn't the best but it was a nice ride.

Dead Rising 2
Loved the first one, beat it a few times one play through after the other. Got the good ending after once around in DR2 and I left it at that. In the end I was pretty disappointed with it, I mean it wasn't terrible or anything just... meh.

Now I'm off to tackle Dead Space which I missed the first time around, seems like I'm the only one I know that hasn't played it yet.

Mortal Kombat 9 - Alright I suppose, nothing spine chillingly awesome though.

Killzone 3. Fun...but very short and Mock-bravado coming out of the ying-yang.

And maybe its just me, but for the scale of destruction that occurs in the end...the game doesnt do a good job pacing. Everything in the third act is epic...so the ending doesn't seem so drastic. Still worth the play and good/fun multiplayer.
