Anno: Create A New World on the DS. Fantastic little Civilization-esque strategy game, I'd recommend it to anyone into that kind of thing.

More recently I ordered 3rd Birthday and Dissidia 012 but they haven't arrived yet.

I got KILLING FLOOR.
If you think running into a Zombie crowd violently swinging a chainsaw is NOT FUN, you need a brain-transplant.

Dragon Age 2 - Yes I would recommend it, despite what haters may say.
*high five!
Though the text on screen, could have been a tad bigger and more readable :p
I could nitpick the hell out of a lot of stuff from the game but its by no stretch of the imagination the god awful game everyone paints it as.

EVE Online, weirdly enough.

While I would never even have considered it like four or five years ago, I find it to suit my tastes nowadays, given how I have far less time to be playing an MMO right now.
For someone who has less time on their hands than the "average" MMO player, EVE is a very good alternative. For the rest? You tell me.

Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection (just wanted to replay some of the games the other day) and if you don't pick this game up for your console, don't dare call yourself a gamer.

I think it was the sega mega-drive ultimate collection (been a while now since I purchase a game I can't remember if it was that or halo 3) and I would recommend it if you liked the mega drive/genisis games when you were younger.

EDIT:

Dragon Age II, and yes I'd recommend it, though I would suggest waiting until the newest patch comes out before you start Act III.

Does it count if I'm debating buying the game this very second?

I'm considering buying the complete WH40k: Dawn of War II collection off Steam.
I would be awfully grateful to anyone with positive or negative feedback on this.

Star Ocean: The last hope international.

NO.

I would be using it as a coaster if it hadn't cost so much.

New Vegas, 'cause my friend told me GameStop was selling it for new for $20. So I was like "Lolnoway", went and checked it out, and yeah. It really WAS $20.

I'm enjoying it, it feels so much more like Fallout 2 than 3 did, and really just feels more like Fallout in general. Add to that the tweaked graphics (it really does look nicer), greatly improved AIs and animal behaviors...

Yeah. I recommend it. It's amusing me.
Shit, dude. Did you get the same deal as I did? I just picked it up last Sunday from Gamestop for $20 bucks and have been absorbed in it ever since! It's a great game, much better than 3! Sure, the bugs are a bit tough to get past and the game crashes often, but damn if it isn't one of the best Western RPGs out there right now. It's totally worth the 20 bucks I spent on it. You should all get it. Get it nao.

Battlefield Bad Company 2. Yes, I'd recommend it. It is so satisfying to blow shit up. HOWEVER, I'd say that the console version(I've played it on a PS3, that's why I bought it on PC) is better. On the PC, most servers have restrictions and rules. I'm often not allowed to play Recon(one of four classes) or use any type of rocket launcher. FUCK THAT! What sets this game apart from other realistic shooters is that it has classes and DESTRUCTIBLE TERRAIN and freakin' ROCKET LAUNCHERS. I did not buy the game so I could have its content locked away from me.

All servers don't this though and lets you play however you like, but just so you know. I still recommend it.

Ive beaten DoW2 and Chaos Rising, not retribution though.
I enjoyed them a lot, but Chaos Rising I find a bit disappointing. They have that whole corruption meter, and some perks for staying pure but theres so little payoff for it imo compared to going Chaos its not worth it.

From what I hear, Retribution is even better, so yea. I'd get it if ya like RTS games, but dont really like the whole base-building aspects
