Fallout: New Vegas, and it kinda depends... Immense, sandbox, post-apocalyptic, detail-driven, rpg; if any of these descriptors trips your trigger, and you don't mind the occasional hard crash... then grab it up, otherwise...

Assassins Creed: Brotherhood. Came with my GPU. As I feel its a bit of a letdown after AC2 I wouldnt really recommmend it unless you are a die-hard fan. Its a good game, but the story is just...not there.

If its the last game I actually purchased its Realms of the Haunting from GoG.
Second time in my life I buy it, I got it at release too some 14-15 years ago. At the time it was one of the best games I've played, and quite horrifying. I was pleased to see that even thuogh it looks pretty awful today it has aged well and is still one of my favorite games off ALL time.

I think it was the sega mega-drive ultimate collection (been a while now since I purchase a game I can't remember if it was that or halo 3) and I would recommend it if you liked the mega drive/genisis games when you were younger.

EDIT:

Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection (just wanted to replay some of the games the other day) and if you don't pick this game up for your console, don't dare call yourself a gamer.
Someone beat me here.
I know people try to say The Orange Box is the best deal in gaming, but since you can get THe Ultimate Genesis/Mega Drive Collection for less than $20 for 49 games, I have to say that is the best deal in gaming. Although to be honest some of the games on it are crap, but 5-8 bad games out of 49 isn't bad for the money.

Dynasty Warriors 7. Aside from a few new ways of doing things (they removed lvls, you get stronger through weapons, seals, skills, and beating enemy officers) it is the best game of the series so far, especcially since it now encompasses the WHOLE Three Kingdoms period, up until the formation of the Jin Dynasty.

Persona 3 FES. I'd honestly never played a Persona game before. I really like the gameplay; it's something fresh in the slew of other JRPG's I play. I would absolutely recommend it.

How long is the single player roughly, i usually dont spend money for just the single player unless its a rpg, but crysis 2 has really taken my fancy.
I think it was about 12 hours or so, but that did include a lot of time where I was just standing there panning around the environments going 'oooh pretty!'
meh, 12 hours sounds about worth it, and it does look good, thanks for the advice :p
Yeah, plus it has good replay value as you can tackle most of the missions in different ways each time. It kind of sandbox-ish in its approach.
Oh man that sounds actually really cool, knowing me ill try every aproach as i ALWAYS feel like im missing content otherwise, take DA2 for example, took one look at the classes and in my head i instantly decided: First a me playthrough (Where i pick what i would pick irl) Good mage playthrough, evil mage playthrough, neutral mage playthrough, Good warrior playthrough, Evil warrior playthrough etc.. And then i saw i could be neutral and smartass and it screwed up my playthrough plan -.-

I need a life :D

I just bought Blood Bowl: Legendary Edition and...well, I don't really know whether I can recommend it. I can tell you that it'll take some time to figure it out properly, but it looks very entertaining.

Also, I never play sports games, but I think Blood Bowl looks cool enough to be enjoyed by people who never play sports games.

Last game I bought for myself was Killing Floor, and HELLS YES it was worth it.

Last game I actually bought was 'Dead or Alive 2 ULTIMATE for the original xBox and 'Cast of Shikigami III' for the Wii. I had planned to give these both to my friend so we could maybe do a 'Let's play...' of them.

yes I remember getting it from PLay.com for 12.99 and what was also good is that when I had a mega drive when I was younger, I barely got any games on them beside sonic 2 and a few game compilations, so the majority of the games on there were new to me, plus the fact that there are some master system games on there as well, in the extras (I have the UK version, so I don't know about the US version has the same as well)

Also, have to update it as I remember downloading Halo from the Xbox live arcade when it was going to sale at 800 points, which I would say is an okay game, probably would have been better if I played it at it's original release.

360, and if it looks that good on it imagine what it must be like on PC
