I once slept a good 36 hours after roughly 45 hours of waking. It felt gooooooood.

Well I presume so anyways, I was kinda comatose at the time...

After a 4 day training exercise with the Officer Training Corps, which involved two days as platoon commander (thus virtually no sleep at all) and one terrible case of dehydration (Top tip kids - always hydrate rations correctly, remember if it's still crunchy no munchie munchy) I collapsed against the radiator in my room in studentville in filth-covered uniform, with my big backpack on, cam-cream still on my face and hands...

Woke up well over 24 hours later, "stiff" is an understatement... face covered in drool... hungry as hell and with a greater compulsion to make my way to the toilet than I have felt before or since. Shame my legs didn't follow orders.

I once stayed up for about 60 hours straight, watching the news and infomercials on 3am time slots. When I finally did pass out, I was done for somewhere in the ballpark of 20 hours. But on occasion (say about once a month), I have a 14 hour sleep out of nowhere. Don't know why.

Over 24 hours. I used to get bad migraines, and my medication would screw me up, I am glad I had a computer to tell me what day it was, because I really never knew if id slept 2 hours, or 26. Thank god I don't get them often anymore.

Around 15 hours on an uncomfortable top bunk. Which I fell off of, hitting the ground with a rather loud thump. Aaaand kept sleeping.

I once stayed up two nights in a row then got a cold the day after. I slept for approximately 40 hours straight. Yes, I almost slept for two full days.

16 hours. After a long plane trip and therefore, jetlag. I think I could do way more if there wasn't any windows in my room and it didn't heat up so much around the middle of the day.
