I might have close to 100 hours on Final Fantasy 10, what with trying to fill out the monster arena and kill all the bosses. It might be closer to 150 if you count my first playthrough where I didn't try to do everything.

If we want to count MMO's, then MapleStory definitely. Dear lord, the time I spent on that game. I've given up on it a while ago with my level 85 Crossbowman.

I'm not done yet and I don't know if I'll go back since I have 4 Shin Megami Tensei games, 2 more Final Fantasies, Fallout 3, and Oblivion to go through. Persona 4 itself is already 75 hours in. I estimate it clocking in at 90+ hours when I'm done.

I've played Line Rider since late 2007, and I've clocked in around 400 hours. Yeah, Line Rider.

If flash games don't count, then I've played Pokemon Crystal for a total of around 200 hours.

I have one file on Pokemon Firered that is almost 400 hours. I have 431 hours logged into Team Fortress 2. If I took all of my files on Oblivion, Fallout 3, and Fallout: New Vegas, and combined them, they would add up to about 10,000 hours.

Cumulative or in one sitting?

Cumulative - Ragnarok Online, On and off of 5 years of play.

Console: Final Fantasy Tactics, 200 hours.

In one sitting: Sega Columns, 12 hours straight with out moving, eating or going to the bathroom
I played wow for like 30 hours straight once if let me eat and poop. I had energy drinks needless to say.

Close to 1000 hours into oblivion over the years, and 500 hours for Fallout 3 and NV combined. Gmod has sucked up 300 hours, TF2 has 211.

Many of you are mentioning MMOs which I don't think should really count cause those games are meant to be played for hundreds of hours doing the same thing over and over again. If we're counting those, then the Castle Perilous MUD, which is now defunct, easily cost me 1000+ hours of my pre-teen life. I easily spent 10+ hours a day playing that for an entire summer.

As for conventional games. I'd have to say Final Fantasy 10. The closest I ever got to 100% completion of a modern game. I got all the ultimate weapons and defeated all of the optional bosses outside of the arena. The arena is the only thing I didn't complete fully, but I had less than 10 monsters left to fight.

I know a guy that filled out the entire sphere grid for every single character in that game. Can't imagine how long that took.

As a whole series? Pokemon, I've spent months (literally) on those games. Have played since Red and until generation 4, I've definitely spent around a thousand hours on the games of each generation.

Single game?
The World Ends With You probably. I have spent around 550 hours on that <3.

If you count multiplayer then DotA definitely.

About 600+ on my old Gold cartridge, until the internal battery failed. Currently my longest is 178:39 on Platinum. I don't have the time for it like I used to (or patience, for that matter). But in general Pokémon games have always been the ones I've clocked the most hours on. All save files combined, it should easily go past the 10000 hour mark.

Tales of Symphonia. Most played file with Level 100+ characters has about 120 hours logged into it. I have completed the game at least 10 more times and that leaves it at, I estimate, about 450.
