Too Human even though it was only a demo. I've never had a game not even Bullet Witch sap my energy like the demo of Too Human.

Well I'm an RPG fanatic, and Final Fantasy 12 put me to sleep. Literally. First game ever to win that dubious honor.
I know the feeling, although I somewhat enjoyed it. I just felt myself getting slowly tired long MMO dungeons. Plus I hate the main character and extreme lack of character development.

Unlimited Saga - i really want to like this game but its confusing and so boring.
My most loathed game in existence. I remember renting it and putting down the controller after only fifteen minutes already realizing this game was god awful. I can usually guess whether or not a game will turn out good in less then an hour but fifteen minutes is a frightening record.

Dynasty Warriors series as a whole has made this list, along with RTK XI to a point. I also found Guild Wars somewhat boring. I never could get into PC gaming and am even less able to jump into this whole MMO deal. I prefer to solo too often.

A lot of the "open world" or "sandbox" games get boring after a while when you realize that the "random" encounters start repeating themselves albiet with different named characters and slightly different variations on the fetch quest, courier and timed race events. The Spider-man games were really fun at first until you got stuck in trying to follow the main plot (there was always at least one boss villian that I couldn't get past) and found yourself wandering around the city doing one similar odd job after another.

Definitely Oblivion.... it was a paint-drying simulator as far as I was concerned. I don't think I ever played a game where combat seems so non-urgent.
