Just Buffalo and Deer. I'm told I ate shark as a kid too but I don't remember. I don't eat much else other than the usual Cow and Pig.

Fugu, it's japanese blowfish, and if it is improperly prepared, it can kill you due to toxins and whatnot. That said, it wasn't remarkably delicious, merely dangerous.

I have eaten escargot, It has a very faint taste which is why it is often cooked with herbs. It is very chewy though.

Buffalo's weird? What the hell? Maybe it's because I live in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, but that's not that uncommon here.

Weirdest thing... I guess eel at a Japanese place and frog legs at a French one. At the same French place, I also had escargot which were good.

Nothing else comes to mind.

I had oysters once, although I doubt that qualifies as meat. In that case the most exotic animal i've ever eaten would be a duck I guess.

I've eaten squid, octopus, buffalo, goat, foxm and raccoon (those last two were disgusting, tell you what)...Oh, and I ate a guy once.
