Nothing terribly exotic for me. Beyond the usual (Chicken, pork, sheep, beef, and common seafood), I've had (in order of preference from best to worst):

Buffalo (Surprisingly full of flavor even though it has relatively little intramuscular fat)
Swordfish
Ostrich (as a jerky)
Alligator
Deer
Moose
Rabbit
Cat
Dog

For me, the most exotic meat that i have tasted would have to be kangaroo. It tasted like beef, except thinner/leaner.

Kangaroo meat. But it isn't considered that exotic here in Australia. Tasted like beef.
Well, i haven't seen it displayed as much around here. But then again, maybe it's featured more prominently in the eastern cities than here in perth.
I live in Perth. I didn't mean it was common, just that most people in Australia have tried kangaroo.

My cousin who researches the tribes and cultures of the amazon, he he makes a trip yearly, one summer I whent with him. He had been doing this for 8 years so he had many friends in villages where he got supplies and stayed.

Well on that trip he had discovered that a very good friend of his died recently and they where preparing the funereal, which included cannibalizing the body of the deceased.

they believe that by eating the body it allows the spirit of the deceased to help them in their lives,so we gatherd round did several ceremonies and finally ate is body.
I'm not sure whether that's awesome or squicky. Leaning towards "both."

That said, it seems a bit...well, odd to me that people consider organ meats "exotic." Ditto sashimi. I can understand why people would think that of basashi (horses may be herbivorous ungulates, but western culture views them more as pets than livestock). But with sashimi, it's usually just a matter of preparation; it may be raw, but it's still usually something familiar like fish. (I'd take a tekka roll over a tuna salad sandwich any day; it's fresher.)

Crocodile.
But it was a sort of "meat extravaganza" restaurant, so I got to try Ostrich and mix mix of exotic/normal meats that I don't quite remember all the names of. I remember beef, goat, chicken...and Ox testicles(not bad, but not very tasty either, wouldn't personally include it under "meat" though). I've also had Moose.

Ostrich, Kangaroo, Shark, Snake, Reindeer (in a Santa themed Holiday resort no less), Puffin and Whale.

I've also eaten Horse but that's not that exotic.
Haven't had Kangaroo and Reindeer yet, but I've had Kudu, Oryx Antelope and Guinea Pig. All quite tasty. :)

Warthog
Ostrich
Kudu
Impala
Kangaroo
Eland
Crocodile Tail

All were pretty good except the crocodile, I just don't like eating reptiles. The warthog was great though, like really nice pork.

Love me some boar. I haven't eaten Croc in a long time though.

I can make up a small list I think.

Alligator
Buffalo
Crocodile
Eel <3<3
Kangaroo
Octopus
Squid
Wild Boar

Not too shabby for an American, where Cow and Chicken are king and queen [sub]even though their show was taken off the air[/sub]

I've sampled monkey brain.

I was grossed out, horrified, and thought it was awful. But my manhood was challenged. I'll admit it didn't *taste* bad. It was simply the knowledge that I was eating something that'd been scooped out of a tiny primates head =S

There are quite a few alligator, ostrich, horse, frog, kangaroo, goat, whenever I travel abroad I'm always up for trying strange food, its half of the pleasure of meeting other cultures.

Hmm, I have eaten:

Dog (it's pretty common to find dog restaurants in NE China and in Korea)- I wouldn't recommend it, stringy and not too much taste

Frog- Tastes like Chicken but with the consistency of fish

Donkey- Which tastes wonderful, myself and every other foreigner I've met in China loves them

Barracuda- Eh, more normal fish tates better.

Snake. Has a a strange springy texture, but is nice.
Sea cucumber. Just imagine eating a tube of spiced lard.
And gnu, while not technically speaking that exotic since I'm from Zim originally , but I 've only had it once as a stew and a few times as biltong and I have to say : delicious.

Dude, you shouldn't eat crocodiles. Many breeds are endangered, like the saltwater crocodile, and hunting these crocodiles, whether it be for their skin or their meat is illegal (and of course unethical). Therefore the meat industry that profits from these reptiles should not be supported.

It could be argued that NO meat industry should ever be supported, but yeah you get the picture.
This thread is probably not the place to preach vegetarianism considering we are talking about what MEAT we have eaten. Just saying.

OT: I've eaten crocodile, alligator, eel, deer, frog. I think that is it.

EDIT: Oh yeah buffalo.
How does Buffalo taste?
