Horse - well, it's unusual here in the UK. I don't eat many exotic meats because it has been drilled into me when I was a child that most exotic animals are bred unethically.

Edit: Also octopus served in its own ink (obviously something had been done to it to stop me from being poisoned).

I've eaten bear before. It's actually pretty bad and I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.
You've got to stew bear. When cooked properly, it is wonderfully rich and satisfying. I recommend bear to everyone!

Ostrich.

I'm not very adventurous when it comes to food. I'll usually have a small serving of grilled or baked chicken/turkey only a couple times a week, with a serving of grilled red meat (mostly beef) on the weekends. I'm more of a veggie & pasta person really.

What do you people have against Ostriches? Bastards. Really though, mine would probably be squid rings, nothing that fancy but they were pretty nice, quite chewy.

Well, you could say that to one person, certain meats are "exotic" whereas to others it's normal. That said, the most "exotic" meats I've had would be Octopus, Squid, Veal, Lamb and Crocodile. With the exception of Lamb, I really liked them.

Sheeps eyes, though not really meat, were damn weird. Kinda like pickled onions but not vinergary.

Meat wise, Zebra. I used to work for a Fish and Game wholesaler and we sold some really strange stuff. Decided I'd buy and try a zebra steak one time. It was delicious, though quite tough. This might have been due to my cooking, can't say for sure.

A dog - I'm not sure what dog, what part of the dog, where the dog came from, nothing - all I know is that it was a dog. I think my stomach now resents me - how do Asian people eat that stuff...? Don't get me wrong, it wasn't half-bad, but... seriously. If you're a person who can say, "I had roasted beagle last night for dinner", you deserve a medal.

My girlfriend. BOW CHICKA BOW WOW.

No, but, uh. Seriously, probably this weird fish that I can't pronounce/spell the name of. It wasn't all that good, but apparently it's only in one part of the world and is really expensive or something.

I eat Raw Fish [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poke_(Hawaii)] a lot, and like it. Is that exotic to you guys? But seriously, if you can get beyond that barrier (Wasn't even there for me because I didn't know raw meat was supposedly bad when I was young) it's pretty good, though some Hawaiian Food may be an acquired taste.

I've also eaten Shark and Frog before. Both were pretty good...

I've had hákarl [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H%C3%A1karl]. It was disgusting and I vomited immediately.

Also had reindeer, crocodile and ostrich.

...and now I'm vegan.
