What's the most exotic meat you've eaten?

Shark fin soup, it was just stringy and green though, wasn't much of a fan.

Roast Puffin during my birthday trip to Iceland. It was pretty nice as well. Quite strong though.
Alligator Sausage.
Me: Ooookay... so did they like, name it after a fierce animal because it's supposed to be spicy?
Waitress: No, It's called Alligator Sausage because it's made out of meat from an alligator.

Most exotic meat I've eaten is Walrus. At least they told me it was Walrus. They were German so I'm still not sure to this day. It definitely tasted like I'd expect Walrus to taste though...
As for ones I know for a fact I've eaten, I'll go with Ostrich. Weirdly, some butcher down in a seaside town I went to on holiday once was selling it. My family just figured "eh, why not?"

Probably the most exotic meat I've had is frog. They're darn tasty, by the way. It's very mild and tender, like a cross between chicken and fish.
Ostrich, Kangaroo, Shark, Snake, Reindeer (in a Santa themed Holiday resort no less), Puffin and Whale.
I've also eaten Horse but that's not that exotic.

Gator, ostrich, boar. Fried gator nuggets are a personal favorite of mine. Tastes like a slightly greasy, juicier, sweeter, tougher chicken.
Ostrich made into a cheeseburger, very lean and a little gamey.
Boar and peas. Boar is pig minus a good portion of the fat. It's slow cooked for hours, it just falls apart and tastes delicious.

Crocodile, Boar, Human, Ostrich, Venison, Springbok. We've got a good selection of European cuisines around here.
How interesting, I tried the same soup as part of a 10 course Chinese Wedding banquet and didn't find it half bad. Granted, I was more than a little hungry that day so my usual picky-eaterness was thrown out into the ocean.Pilkingtube said:

It was on my friend's 10th birthday. His dad wanted to make a man out of him, so he went out and killed the largest animal he could find. Then for dinner, he fed him its heart. He couldn't eat the whole thing, so he shared it with me.
