Recently i saw the most idiotic thing(i my opinion) made from a movie. It was a Twilight board game.(no Twilight hate, i haven't read the books or seen the movie so i dont know the story...but its gone to far.)

which brings me to my question what is the most idiotic item made from a movie, tv show or videogame that you have seen?

This made me realize that the big companys that make things like this kill the industry for it. As an example imagine the world of yu-gi-oh(ill be damned if i get called down for punctuation.) that is an entire world devoted to a card game and our world could be like that if the media hadn't killed it, and by killed it i mean exploited it to the enth degree where it just becomes sad(yu-gi-oh was the first example that came to mind. I in know way want a world devoted to a card game)

So as a sub question do you also think our world could be devoted to one thing and if so what is it?

An arcade machine for Metal gear. Kojima people will buy whatever you make so ditch the crappy cutscene-a-thon and get to making Boktai 3. Castlevania does not work in 3d let it stay 2d and keep your cutscene covered hands off it.

That's awesome I'd buy it if I saw it, but why is there a bear/mouse thing?

I've seen Twilight mints. Yeah... No... Twilight blows!
Mints? I wonder what the advertisement for that is.

"If you enjoyed Twilight, you'll love these mints! Make your boyfriend pop a few so that when he roleplays as your bipolar vampire stalker, you can fall in love with the smell of his breath much like Bella falls in love with every mundane feature of her bipolar vampire stalker!"

I don't believe you that those are Legos. Some sort of knock off, maybe, but not my dear beloved Legos.

Those be Mini-Mates, not very popular but have a foot in buisness and are not going away. Like LEGO's but have pieces that come off like "Armor" and are liked for articulation.

My brother used to collect them.

Ball in a cup.

Not kidding. Ever since that Family Guy joke, I've seen kids talking about Ball in a cup and even fucking playing with Ball in a cup. Because evidently Ball in a cup is somehow hilarious, no matter how many times you say it.

Thank you for that. I was having a terrible time looking up "Sweeny Todd bear thing toy".

Also, welcome to the Escapist. Glad to have you aboard.

It's like they didn't even try.

It's like they never even saw the movie.

WTF?

I love that game. My friends and I play with those while camping, we see how many we can get in a row. The record is 47.
And yes, we played with it before that annoying Family Guy thing came along.
