About 8 years ago, I used to play a game on my dads windows 98 computer, a game he had downloaded, but I couldn't remember the name.
It's about a man, I think he had orange dreadlocks, and he traveled to different planets in our solar system and were solving some mysteries for something. And there was a man in the beginning of the game who said I'm your uncle uncle uncle uncle or something like that. Please help me.

If by "man" you mean "woman", it could be The Fifth Element game adaptation. Came out '98.

No it's not that game. I mean a man and for PC. The person seemed to be in a fictive universe and travel to different planets by a machine in his home, and did things on the planets in 2d rooms that make thing happens on other planets.
