That would be the original system shock. That game still holds up today in my opinion.
Yeah, but the controls are a pain in the ass unless you get that mod that allows you to look with your mouse. Then again seeing as you don't have to fight TOO much,it's usually not a problem until you end up in a cluster fuck.

System Shock 2 is pretty good too,but you probably knew that.

OT: Oldest is System Shock (As Stated Above) newest is Catherine.

I still own Zork from my Commadore 64 days.

Newest would be Witcher 2.

Did have Duke Nukem Forever but gave it to a friend .... it was terrible .... waited 12 for a game that looked, and played, like it was released 12 years ago.

Oldest:
In my hand, here i hold an original microcassette containing Action Biker for the Spectrum 48K

Newest:
I rebought World in Conflict for steam, since I didn't have Soviet Assault and both were cheaper than the expansion alone.

I prefer WIC because it's good RTS game, whereas Action Biker sucked in 1985, and it's even worse now. The isometric C64 version is sort of retro-cool but the Speccy version is just horrible.

Oldest: Designasaurus II (1990)on Floppy disk. I have no system capable of running it but Dammit I still have the game. Ah so many wasted hours.

Newest Game: If we don't count upcoming pre-orders, then I guess Cthulhu saves the world is my newest game.

Oldest: Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 2 (PS1).

Newest: God of War 3

Prefer God of War 3 because I suck horribly at Pro Skater.

First X-COM. That, or Space Invaders, on some big chunky half-broken orange machine designed specifically for it.

Newest would be Devil Survivor 2. Followed by Dungeons of Dredmor. Honestly, apples and oranges. Having finished X-COM twice, Dredmor three times and just starting out on DS2, they're all quite incredible.

Final Fantasy VII for PS1. I have no idea what happened to my Amiga games... So I no longer have those. Do you mean newest by it's release date or the last one I bought :)

The newest, by release date, is inFamous 2. But the last I bought, as in newest to me, is Assassin's Creed Brotherhood.

Edit. Sorry, a typo.
