Tetris. I loved it as a child of 5 and I love, and play, it still to this day at 21.

Probably DooM, and on occasion I crack out Wolfenstein 3D.
I am, and will always be, addicted to Tetris so that... a lot.

Regularly? Syphon Filter. Sure it's only 11 years old, but, meh. Best game ever made imo.

Masters of Orion 2 was released in 96 haven't played that style of game in so long that I liked.
I have Sins of a solar Empire but I can't get into it, same with Galactic Civilizations 2.

Gauntlet Dark Legacy. Not the oldest game I played, but what I play regularly. Used to play it on an arcade machine YEARS ago, more recently, found it for the PS2. The nostalgia made sure I couldn't pass it up.

Jet Set Willy on my Commodore 64.
If you are unfamiliar with this game, kindly google it as soon as you can for your life awaits fulfilment.

The Secret of Monkey Island (remake), if that counts. I don't normally play old games, just in special cases.

Oldest game in heavy rotation is Tropico (2001)---still my go-to game when I want a city builder. Oldest game that still gets semi-regular plays but not necessarily heavy play is Railroad Tycoon 2 (1998).

I like to play through Mega Man 2 and SMB pretty regularly. Helps keep my skills sharp... I wish.
