I prefer maces for bludgeoning weapons. The Japanese make a pretty hefty two-hander that I like.

Based on the satisfaction derived from the impact, a 6 foot tall war hammer would be nice.
It would be terribly unwieldy, but that isn't the point.
For most practical application, a bo-staff.
