Whats the sickest thing youve seen in a game?

Ok so i was wondering What is the sickest/most disturbing/most disgusting thing youve ever seen in a game?

Just wondering. I was just playing oblivion and was saving kvatch and i noticed a pool of colors which im guessing was a combination of blood, smashed up organs and vomit and there was just a random floating head there and i think i saw its brain and i also believe there was a kidney lying in the puddle as well. It was kinda gross. Mmmmhmm so what have you seen?

(Also apparently your supposed to like search this stuff on the search bar so i did and i didnt see anything. So...yeah. )

Nope it never does. But unfortunately ive refrained from buying a ps3 so i wont be able to enjoy God of War 3 since i have no money.

Resident Evil 2, that is a game that haunted me when I was a child.

I think Resident evil 5 it was? Is the one that haunted me. The one with the leech man. I know it haunted my friend but not because it scared him because at the end of the game right before he beat it his little brother came running by disconnecting the Ps2. He litterally stood there for a few minutes before throwing the controller at the tv and cracking it.

I...couldnt understand that at all. That sentence made absolutely no sense to me.

And i did use the search bar. I acctually searched several times using different words. Couldnt find a topic like this. Didnt know i had to be completely 'anal' about it.

Clearly you didnt search hard enough, this thread is as common as Mw2 threads

As i said didnt know i had to be completely anal about it. and search every nook and cranny of the escapist searching for this thread. Im also fairly new to the escapist forum so yeah.
