Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. I have it on SNES and GBA and play it once a year on either device, it's still an awesome game.

Chess.

However the less smug and annoying answer would be Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped, which I have downloaded on my PS3

Good question! Let me consult the pile...After a bit of research, It's Super Mario Land which released on the Gameboy in 1989! I got mine used at some point, probably from a flea-market or something. I have neither box nor manual and even though I did download it on the 3DS, I do own and use the cart on my GBA-SP. I also have and play around with many Super Nintendo games which would be runners up depending on the titles.

Every few years, I play through Sonic 2 and Gunstar Heroes. Even to this day, those Sega Genesis titles have levels of exhilaration unmatched by any modern systems.

Define 'Still Play'

I still play Doom and Doom II the odd time, but not that often...
Does that count... I don't know. Like it could be months between play sessions.

I play System Shock occasionally. If you want an old game I play regularly, that'd be Deus Ex.

Still playing (and probably not playing again)? Castlevania.
Still play (when I can't find anything to do and occasionally do so for the sake of it)? Doom.

Vampire the Masquerade : Bloodlines. It's the best roleplaying in a videogame I've ever had. Of course it helps if you're familiar with the material from PnP.

And well GTA: Vice City. All in all GTA games are good. But it's Vice City that really gets to me. Love the 80's, the music, the style, Miami... everything.

I'd still go and play some old style Sierra and Lucas Arts adventure games once in a while.

I'd probably have to say Roller Coaster Tycoon 2, Deus Ex, the first Serious Sam (people STILL play co-op), or Sim City 4.
