It's finally nice around here, if a little humid. It had been raining for about 2 and half weeks and it cleared up just in time for the 4th of July cookout.

Now it's winter and it's fucking cold. EDIT: This is Sydney, NSW.

In Brisbane, QLD, it's hot. Way too bloody hot for july. That said, we don't really have regular seasons, it's more like summer from january to june, with a couple of weeks of coolish during the day / cold at night in july, then summer starts up again in august and runs through til the end of december.

You should come to ACT, -6. A couple people I know have even given up smoking cause it's too cold and too much effort to go outside. I'm native to QLD and miss the 11 months of summer...
