Appendicitus (sp?) I was told by the doctors after they had taken out my appendix that it was very near bursting. If it had I'd be pretty dead but they got it out in time so I guess that was pretty serious.

I had a pilonidal cyst once. I was in the hospital for a grand total of about 4 hours after the surgery. The doctor wanted to keep me overnight, but I said, "To hell with that! I've got a date tonight."
Juvenile Diabetes. Sadly, it is a life-long affliction rather than just relegated to my time as a youth.
I had extremely intense stomach pains for 2 weeks after drinking a bottle of vodka, a bottle of whiskey and countless amounts of beer, cider and other kinds of beverages. I didn't go to hospital or anything because it felt unnecessary at the time ("it was only alcohol, goddammit"), but maybe I should have.
I'm surprised Furburt hasn't mentioned his Cluster Headache yet.
The worst I've had? The flu, not exotic, not exciting, but I block myself in when someone gets sick at home.

Whatever it was it came on suddenly, while I was out playing a tenpin league game. I just started burning up. I could hardly breathe. Every time I touched something the area of skin that made contact felt like it had been stabbed with hundreds of pins. I got taken back home and went to bed and for two days after that night I couldn't walk properly, having to use walls & furniture to maintain balance. I only drank water and didn't eat anything for nearly a week as the smell & taste of food just made me feel queasy.
I have cronic alergies but other than that hepatitis, it wasn't that I didn't have to go to school for a week wich I spent resting in bed eating tons of stuff that contained sugar and I even lost weight 
I don't remember what blood component was but normally a person with hepatitis has 10x what a healthy person does, i had 3x what a regular person with hepatitis does, the doctos was like "How are you still walking!?"

Wow, just how many people on this site have Crohn's? I thought I was the only one, or at least one of very few. O_OMarter said:

I'd classify it as the worst since the complication almost killed me.
