The morale of the story...no matter what age kids are, if they provoke you, beat the shit out of them
So the moral of the story is child abuse?

Do you you also think it's OK to shake babies if they provoke you by crying a lot?
Well, babies don't provoke you, but if some kid hit me in the nuts or something and attempted to keep hitting me, I would backhand 'em and make 'em cry so they couldn't do any more.
That's still child abuse... as an adult you should be able to deal with children's tantrums and fits without resorting to violence.

I'm sure that the police, the NSPCC, the courts and the big nasty men in prison wouldn't care much that the child kicked you in the nuts first, attacking children is wrong, no exceptions.

I've been punched in the nuts before by a friend's 6 year old kid who was copying something he saw on TV, never for one second did I think it would be appropriate to hit him back.

However, if you're worried about the threat of attacks from children, then maybe you should learn some restraining techniques (like the ones used by doctors and nurses who work with children with mental difficulties), just so you don't have to strike them in the head and end up in prison, or worse.
People have retarded views on child abuse. My point was if the kid was intent on kicking my ass for some reason, I would stop them.

I scratched a boys back.
It sounds light, but it was scarred for a few years and I got into a heck of a lot of trouble for it... I was, about six years old I think.

I wanna learn martial arts so bad, like Muai Thai (I think).
Dont want to do it, just do it, whats stopping from going to the nearest Thai Boxing gym and starting up.
Mis-quote. I failed at quoting the guy who quoted my original post :)
But as to your reason: I live in the very north west of England. There isn't so much of that around, maybe when I start driving :)
Well depends how far north west you are, theres the Spitfire Muay Thai Gym in Manchester, The Liverpool Dragon and the Widnes Kickboxing gym in Liverpool. I live in Barnsley Yorkshire so I'm pritty much surrounded by Muay Thai Gyms, Bad Company in leeds and Wicker Camp in sheffeild lol.

I shot a man in his carotid artery. He died.

edit:
(I was a cop and he was on a meth/angle dust induced rampage) I'm only going in to detail if asked.

Quickly losing faith in the human race, I think you have a retarded veiw on child abuse, Kicking the shit out of children = child abuse,

Ive got a neice and if she steps to far out of line and misbehaves after being told to stop, she gets a slap on the hand and sent to the naughty corner until she behaves, thats not child abuse, thats just disipline, But if I went and started to leather the ever loving shit out of her or start backhanding her then that would be child abuse, see the difference??

If a kid was truly trying to hurt you, then you dont beat the fuck out of them, you restrain them and try to calm them down while they there tantrum finishes.

Not by myself, but in football i hit a kid low and my friend hit him high simultaneously, and we ruptured his spleen. We sent 4 kids to the hospital that game. We were insane lol

Edit: just wanted to mention that they were all ok so as to not sound like an asshole

During a mosh pit I accidentally punched my friend in the mouth and moved some of his teeth around. He was cool with it though. What happens in the pit, stays in the pit.

uhhh.. i dont fight unless its absolutely nescessary.. i am usually the one defusing the situation... however i have broken someones nose... slammed someones head against a concrete wall.... and emotionally tortured a little boy on xbox live and made him break down in tears....

the nose breaking was an accident by the way...

so in my life i have really only attacked *psychically and psychologically* two people.... not bad id say lol

The phrase "stop them" does not imply beating the fuck out of them. Handcuffs, or grabbing their arms and holding them in the air are effective ways of stopping them as well.

Maybe you should look at what it says and not what you want it to say.

I've never really caused anyone serious injury, either accidentally or deliberately. Though, I did accidentally break my mother's nose when I was three.
