Whats the worst thing you have ever said/done to someone?

Now, I am running under the suspicion that everyone has a mean bone in their body.

This kid in my high school, lets call him Bob, was picked on by most people, people used to pour water in his locker, superglue stuff, throw shit at him. Problem was he sat with my friends and I, and none of us really liked him, I happened to get hit by something that was meant for him and I flat out said this: Why do you sit with us? We hate you!
He almost started balling, one of my friends contradicted me on it right there, and I appologized later.

I knew this one guy in High School, lets call him James. James was a douche, plain and simple. He was a smart kid who used it to go with his everyday douchebaggery. Well, at some point in his life he must have realized that most people are pussies, and wont fight back, especially in school. That is, until he met me. He tried his dickish behavior on me one day, and like a gentleman, I saw it as a mark against my honor, so instead of talking it out or ignoring it, I gave him a good right hook to the stomach.

Looking back, it wasn't the most civilized or responsible action, but god damn it felt good.

Once made a girl change the subjects she was taking at school because I gave her a speech about why she sucked so hard. She went on to basically fail all of those subjects. I may have ended most of her academic career because she annoyed me.

Some girl, who I'll just call Lady, was the most annoying person I had ever met. One day she annoyed me a little too much and during lunch, in front of the entire table, I told her that her parents found her in a dumpster and thus didn't love her.
