Whats the worst thing you have ever said/done to someone?

i didn't do this on purpose!
Once, when i was at my locker, one of my friends shoved me, so i turned around to backhand him really hard in the face, and i hit a girl in sixth grade and she flew across the hallway
think i might have given her a bloody nose, i felt horrible
