Unless you see quite a few women who look like anime girls standing completely still except their breasts are jiggling constantly, I don't think that's the uncanny valley. The uncanny valley is when something looks realistic, or humanoid enough to become unsettling, not anime girls with shaking titties.

I probably should have said it has an uncanny valley effect to it. Because that is what I meant.
Sort of like, it is almost acceptable but something about it is not right and it is really offputting.
