Aw man.
To tell you the truth, I like a lot of his more positive episodes. The whole Infamous/Prototype contest was hilarious (ok, that's XP but it started in ZP), Psychonauts, Prince Of Persia: Sands of Time, Shadow Of The Colossus, Orange Box, Arkham Asylum, Amnesia, etc. I love to see him rip apart bad games as much as anyone does, but sometimes it's good to see him kick back and talk about a good game for once (even if they're flawed in some ways).
The SSBB mailbag was funny. The fact that he responded to the (stupid, whiney) hatred was funny, and the fact that he was even correcting spelling and grammar was icing on the cake. It makes me wonder why people take Yahtzee so seriously, though seeing him tear through those comments was very satisfying.
The Bayonetta one was pretty funny, mostly because he had many of the same experiences I have (like how the game called you a dunce). The Darksiders one was funny with the "monster truck" part. Demon's Souls was funny too. Just...the entire video.
If I was to pick ONE, then I would say maybe Amnesia. Surprised no one mentioned it. That whole part where he's retellig his experiences playing and how jam was coming out of the walls. I was DYING LOL.

I loved the New Vegas ep where he decided to do a mini-role play/Let's Play kind of thing. I found it bizarrely hilarious. The Limerick one was a stroke of genius though.
Halo Wars, the triple review episode with the "as the exasperated zookeeper said to the last male panda on earth" quote at the end.
Halo Reach episode. On top of being funny it also raises a good point. How the hell do those people just sit on the side of a moving vehicle without wearing a seat-belt? Doesn't make sense. Unless they have magnets in their asses.
