Feed The Beast Ultimate is easily my favorite, because it offers so much. Currently running a server for my friends, it is something I can always go back to if I don't have anything else going on!
Rei's Minimap, because it makes playing on a large server actually possible. Other than that I haven't actually used too many mods. Flan's mod was cool, the one which adds planes and guns, but had a problem when I used it which meant it crashed every time I fired a gun.
