Fencing doesn't really produce pithy quotes. I know that I'm fairly pleased whenever I hear "attack from <whatever side of the judge I'm on> arrives" or, alternately, "reposte arrives" or even "remeise arrives". And I really like when I hear "counterattack from <whatever side of the judge I'm on> arrives". But those or silly and boring. Worse still, talking while on the strip is frowned upon and can easily get you carded (a penalty that varies from a warning, to being ejected from the venue).
