If it's classic, slow-moving zombies I'd go for a bunch of homemade molotov cocktails made from rags, glass flasks and gasoline. As my backup backup weapon, I'd probably use a fire axe or anything else that can take off a few limbs.

thing about 2 hander bezerker weapons like clay mores is that you need some decent space to actually get the blade in swing, once you get the swing and you actually know how to use your body and that type of sword i'll guarantee you ... you'll turn hordes into packs

but if you can't get that initial swing (i doubt that if you're reaching for a secondary AKA emergency weapon .. that you'll have room to stretch your arms letalone a sword a 7 ft sword) ... claymore would be a good melee primary weapon ............ what the hell is frostmourne?
