I've started saying "Bang Tidy" after finding out N-Dubz say it so I started mocking them but it's kind of stuck. If I use it ironically then it's all good.

'Dear sweet baby Jesus'. That's the one that probably fits into the catchphrase area. (it's used when stuff goes down, like in BFBC2 I accidentally run into... say a tank, while on foot)

Normally applicable when mentioning something stupid I or someone else had done that doesn't need to be told to the masses.
