What's your character in Borderlands...?

This MIGHT have already been done, but I couldn't find a post like this, so I'll start this off.

Midnight release for Borderlands at my local Gamestop last night, but I'm going to play it TODAY for the first time. This post is for anyone to share their characters/skill tree spec for informational purposes, and also maybe find someone to play along with in Co-Op mode.

I am going to be Lilith, the Siren, and I'm going Elemental, and Assassin spec for my skill tree. This sounds the most logical to me because she'll do elemental damage with GUNS, plus have the ability to do great amounts of damage using melee, and this is probably the best play style for me.

Now it's your turn to share Escapist, and remember, maybe you can find someone to play with/get advice for a character set up through this post. So let's do some good.

I'm looking at Mordecai and Roland most favorably... will probably give Lilith and Brick a go on a replay.

I started with Lilith but I'm rerolling to Roland because I enjoy the gun play so much.

I'm Brick. I like to punch things. Sometimes I like to get Very Angry and punch things harder.

When it comes from PC I'm going to go Mordecai, start into gun-slinging, and carry the strongest 1-shot huge damage revolver i can find, if that's possible.

I would usually go for the stealth character first, Lilith, but I am thinking about mixing it up and trying out a Bloodwing heavy Mordecai build as an interesting change of pace.

My friend was going to go that spec, but he's going for Roland now, and he's boss is going for Mordecai, but not quite sure if he's going to go Bloodwing or not. I like the loot drop spec with him a bit more then the pet aspect.

Well those abilities REALLY help. :]
They make you shoot things FASTER.

I'm going with Mordecai with sniper being the primary tree and then dumping some points into Bloodwing. I've been playing around with the skill set on their site and think I've got a nice balance.

UPDATE: My Lilith build turned out to be FANTASTIC, and my friends Roland build is amazing with the scorpio turret. I was able to run people through, and my build is great for powerleveling other players.

u should be roland cos he has a turret wich if u upgrade it right u can get health n ammo from it

Every character can heal himself is upgraded properly. I'm playing as Lilith and my Phasewalk heals about half my total health. Mordecai can have Bloodwing drain health from enemies. Both of these abilities are on a much shorter cooldown than the Scorpio Turret- And ammo is hardly a problem since there are even weapons that regenerate your ammo, not to mention the game world is full of ammo on every step.

Anywho, I started with a Siren, because I tend to prefer the techy classes. However, now thats she's Lvl. 50, I'm going to do a Solider and Hunter for the achievements only (they're not fun to play as in a group - they're a dime a dozen online), then move on a do a full Tank/Brick character, since it looks like fun, and because they're aren't a alot of them online.
