The Dis Astranagant from Super Robot Wars. Quite possible one of the most overpowered things in existence. It's powered by the souls of the dead, it has two black hole guns, and has a giant beam weapon in its chest which has the power to trap anything in an irregular area of the space-time continuum which completely erases whatever was hit by it from existence.
