RED

EDIT: and Boy Sets Fire
I did not think people really knew of Boy Sets Fire, especially not from outside of the states. They are from my hometown and never got that big. I basically grew up going around seeing them play little shows around town. Too bad they broke up a few years ago, they were a kick ass band.
Actually I found them after LOTS of digging. But once found them i loved them. Great lyrics, Great music. And indeed it's a shame they broke up. I hope I'll be able to find an album...
I don't know how it is overseas, but I do know that their albums are still available here in the states. At the very least you should be able to get an import. Or just download them.

Little known but brilliant.

Also I'm listening to Eels right now

I do not have a single favorite band, because my tastes are not static.

Recently I've been listing to evanescence again, but only because someone gave me the static heaven cover of them.

Does it have to be a band? Then Nightwish.

If we include solo musicians, then definitely Sarah Brightman.

Yes, I like lyric sopranos. A lot.

Nightwish.
Same. :p I like the singer who sung bye bye beautiful and amaranth better, cause they are my 2 fav nightwish songs.
You aren't ALLOWED to like Anette more than Tarja. NEVER. Nightwish cannot function properly without a soprano!

/music nerd rant

EDIT: nooooo, double post ¬¬

At the moment, it has to be Rancid. I like too much music to be tied to one band though.

I'm sure my previous posts will show some of the other bands I like *hint, hint* ;)
