I'm gonna go with Brutal Legend's opening theme. Yeah I know it isn't out yet but it's got to be good with the selection they have. In terms of something that is actually out now, errm... Eh Duke Nukem 3D, I JUST CAN'T BEAT IT!

Chrono cross does have a nice theme, better than Chrono Trigger. But it's natural I suppose, considering the timeframe between them. But the orchestral version of the Trigger theme is really great.
