Sephiroth too. Well he wanna wipe the planet population and use that planet as a vessel of destruction in the galaxy against other races. Pretty evil in my eyes.

Laguna for being hilarious.
Aeris for adding a lot more soul to ff7.
Golbez for being the villain thats performs actions that are understandable (instead of just being unnecessarily evil).

I always liked Larsa from FFXII for some reason.

Shes immortal and badass; after joining you you get to talk to people around town with her.
She tells a 100 year old yuke that he's yound and stupid, and the knowledge that shes 2000 sends him into a coma.
She scares a tiny lilty child and her mother by saying that shes a forest witch and she'd gladly take the child away for misbehaviour.
And finally she tells a yuke that she remembers a brief encounter that they had in the forest and says 'yes and i've come for you, like your mother and her mother before her!'.
The yuke flops down from a sudden stroke and refuses to read lines for the rest of the game.
To this Sherlotta says 'hmph, some people have no manners'
Hilarious.

Despite looking horribly feminine, I'd have to go with Kuja. The guy tries to end existance because he found out he wasn't immortal. And he almost looks like a lady Sephiroth
Does anyone else wonder what a tag-team of Kuja, Kefka, and Sephiroth would be capable of?
