I really like Zelda: OoT and Zelda: MM. But also Metroid Prime 1 & 2 (3 is awfull).

But i really have to say Fallout 3 is my favorite game. I have played that game for so many hours.

The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask. The story is complex and pulls at your heartstrings, the dungeons are actually pretty tough, a crap ton of things to see and stuff to do, and for a game with such bright colors, it's actually pretty atmospheric, what with the moon and all.
