Critical Miss, Awkward Zombie and Rare Candy Treatment

The first two are general gaming ones with Rare Candy Treatment being a Pokemon specific one

Nerf Now is a major favorite of mine, it's cute style and and writing really brings the unintentional humor of Video Games to the for. It also has is one of the few comics I've seen that does fan service without sacrificing the strip, usually via mocking the fan service it is actively providing.

Also Nuzlocke comics. They're pretty funny to.

Penny Arcade and VG Cats. The other webcomics I like aren't really gaming related.

Neurotically Yours
Venus Envy
Oh my Gods!

8Bit Theatre kinda is, but its long over. Last time I checked VE was too.

My fave gaming webcomic is Megatokyo though it kinda lost its way and became a drama with gamers and gaming references, Freds art is good though and the characters are memorable.

I always liked The Order of the Stick, based more off pen and paper role playing games than video games, but still funny stuff.

Penny Arcade is Penny Arcade, picking it feels like cheating plus I don't look forward to them as I used to. So I'd have to say Critical Miss. Favourite non-gaming webcomic would be The Order of the Stick.

I'm going to be painfully unoriginal and say Penny Arcade.

I do read a few webcomics, but hardly any of them are gaming related.

Penny Arcade :p I've archive binged through it so many times it's not even funny.

Order of the Stick: simple art and superb plot.

Dark Legacy Comics: satirical humor about one of my favorite MMORPGs (World of Warcraft)

Three Panel Soul: Amazing art, humor, and social commentary

Brawl in the Family: cute humor and heartwarming moments

Awkward Zombie: Amazing humor and the artist is pretty awesome

F@NBOY$: Great humor, art, and some heartwarming stories occasionally (succeeding where CAD failed by creating drama that DIDN'T seem out of place...well not as much)

I read XKCD occasionally, but more often than not the humor goes right over my head or the amount of education I have limits me from understanding it.

Penny Arcade, also Shamus's old DM of the Rings comic is still one of my favorite thing ever.

Let me tell you about homestuck :p

ANYWAY

VG cats, critical miss and the punchline is machismo. All fairly good. Still loves me some homestuck though. No webcomic threat is complete without homestuck :p
