I'm glad someone mentioned Mischief Makers, it's a real hidden gem. Very different too with many interesting challenges and awesome bosses. Something I wish we had more of.

Also, don't judge me but Star Wars: Episode One Racer holds a special place in my heart.

I had that on PC and its AWESOME! Definitely one of the best licenced games ever made.

OT: Mario Kart 64, Zelda and Rare's entire N64 catalogue.

Edit: DAMN! Forgot Pokemon Snap! Very weird game, but was both charming and fun to play.

OT: Conkers Bad Fur Day was fantastic. DK64 was also great. But I think my favorite probably Jet Force Gemini. Honorable mentions: Star Wars: Podracer.
