Charizard.

Charmander was my first Pokemon and I still think his final evolution is the most badass Pokemon in the world.

It's a fire dragon, how awesome is that?

This. I've played at least one Pokemon game from every Generation, but Charizard is so badass that he makes Darth Vader look like a wimp.

Gyrados comes in a close second, and closer when shiny. I'm also partial to Umbreon, Crobat, Salamance, Tyranitar, and Flygon.

Aggron or Marowak. Don't make me choose between them, I love all ground/rock/steel types equally, just....some more than others.

Aggron is a complete and total bad-ass, while Marowak clubs you to death with the remains of it's mother, apparently. What's not to like?
