Anything with ridiculous amounts of action in it:

Most of the / all of the fight scenes from Final Fantasy: Advent Children
Neo vs Smith (the last battle) in the Matrix Revolutions
The last 45 minutes of Ong Bak 2

I'm quite the action / over-the-top action junkie.

Let me describe to you this one Sin City scene. The grizzled former detective grabs an axe, and slashes upward, hitting a Policeman right in the crotch. He than uses that axe to kill two more Policemen.
Yeah that scene awesome, but my favorite from that film was where the woman throws the cigarette into the gun to clog it and then...well, this happens(may offend some!):

The end fight of Equilibrium or the Opening Scene of Death at a Funeral where they bring the wrong body to the house. XD

The Prophecy. Viggo Mortensen as Lucifer. It doesn't hurt that the buildup to that is an hour or so of Christopher Walken being the Archangel Walken.

I liked the end of Terminator 1, where the bot dies and comes back like 5 fucking times.

One scene over all, damn thats a hard one! Well since I watched Jurassic Park recently, I have to say the part where the T.Rex rips down the power lines and massacres everyone I always enjoy.

This. Intense and gripping as hell, even with the cheesy effects and music. Also many scenes in Forrest Gump, like Bubba's death scene, Forrest at Jenny's grave, and the ending.

Definitely the scene in Watchmen where Rorschach 'becomes' Rorschach after tracking down a child murderer.
Another favorite is the end of Sweeney Todd, where Todd and Mrs Lovett 'dance' for the last time, trust me, its alot less gay than it sounds.
Gotta mention the botched heist in Rock n Rolla, that was gold.

The climax from the Good, the Bad and the Ugly. That was some brilliant cinematography there.
I actually like when he runs through the graveyard better.

The begining of "Up", I almost cried when it started to get all sad.
That was very good, too. And too everyone listing scenes from Watchmen, they were all so much better in the book. Except for the sex scenes, of course.

My favorite scene? Probably the duel between the man in black and Inigo Montoya in the Princess Bride.

I kid you not, I've seen that movie several hundred times. My favorite since I was a kid.
Oh hell yes! apart from the fabulous 'Inconcievable!' line, you got:

"You seem a decent fellow, I hate to kill you."

"Well, you seem a decent fellow, I hate to die."

Genius.

Serenity (Firefly movie), when The Operative meats Malcolm in the temple. It goes something like; "I come in peace, Malcolm, I'm unarmed-" at the instant he speaks the word unarmed Malcolm goes; "good", draws his gun and fires. It's so rare to see something like that. I for one, wouldn't let the bad-guy stand and talk unarmed while I had a gun.

The Matrix Reloaded - The Frenchman's wife just betrayed him and so he and his bodyguards chase after Neo, Morpheos and Trinity which leads to an awsome fight between Neo and about 7-8 other people. This and the highway scene that follows is also brilliant.

Also Matrix Revoloution the fight between Smith and Neo at the end of the movies is probably the best fight scene I have ever scene.

In my opinion the Matrix trilogy is so epic that you have to watch it because anyone describing the movies (including me) is just letting them dowm.

Watchmen

The scene where Rorschach is pondering on the death of the Comedian and recounts his favorite joke about the Clown Pagliacci.
