Probably the Minnie the Moocher bit from The Blues Brothers. Musically brilliant, and I love the way it cuts into the weird tuxedo-wearing cabaret thing for the duration of the song.

Other than that, the "power is mercy" speech and the last scene from Schindler's List, the ending of One Flew over the Cuckoo's Nest, and The Matrix's discussion of control.

As non-movies go, I'm a big fan of the opening speech from W;t, any famous Shakespeare monologue, and more or less anything from Catch-22.

i have 2 on the mind:

1) in Forrest Gump, when Forrest goes through that slow-mo sequence and then narrates it like:
"and did you know I can run like the wind? yeah, well when I was going somewhere, I was running!"

2) A History of Violence, when that douche-bag kid is taunting the bitchy, skinny son, and the the kid snaps and kicks the crap out of the bully and his friend

Terminator 2. The chase at the start and the shoot out at the end. It's one of my favourite movies.

The first thing that comes to mind is that scene in shoot 'em up when he's doing that chick and all the guys come in and he starts killing all of them while still doing her.
