Sakura by far.

She's the only character I use.

She has all the best moves from Ken and Ryu and it's wonderfully humiliating to beat your buddies' Zangief/E Honda spamming using asses using a teensy schoolgirl.

It's especially gratifying when she turns around and says 'I hate to say but your moves are plain boooring!'

Yeah, she's the most comical character. Especially in the excellent Street Fight Alpha: The Movie.
